18 and Over Policy
Champion Tattoo DOES NOT tattoo minors.
Even with parental or guardian consent, you MUST be at least 18 years old and must provide valid government-issued photo ID to get tattooed.
Walk-ins
Walk-ins are on a first-come, first-serve basis, time permitting.
If all our artists are unavailable for a walk-in tattoo, you can book an appointment while visiting the shop.
Walk-ins are always welcome.
Booking an Appointment
All appointments are made via Email or walk-in, and our artists book their own schedules. So if you’d like to be tattooed by one of our artists, please get in touch with them directly. Otherwise, you can contact Champion Tattoo with your idea, and one of our artists will take on your tattoo.
Our appointments require a non-refundable $150+gst deposit to secure your spot.
A supply fee of $20+gst ($21.00) will be added to every appointment

Consultations
Not every tattoo will require a consultation. The necessity of a tattoo consultation is up to the discretion of your tattoo artist.
Walk-in consultations are always welcome.
Deposits
A deposit is taken before securing an appointment and comes off your tattoo's total.
For large-scale work, the deposit is rolled over for all following appointments. It is taken off your LAST session/appointment.
The deposit amount is our shop minimum ($150+gst).
Please note that all deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Deposits are forfeited if you no-show for an appointment, cancel with less than 48 hours advance notice, arrive for an appointment more than 30 minutes late, arrive without proper ID, arrive intoxicated, or are otherwise unable to be tattooed.
If you forfeit a deposit, you may be required to leave a new deposit before booking any new appointment(s).
We accept Interact E-Transfer, credit, debit, or cash as deposit payments.
Cancellations/ Rescheduling
We at Champion understand that life happens, and sometimes appointments must be rescheduled.
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice on cancellations or rescheduled appointments.
If at least 48 hours’ notice is given, your deposit may be applied to your new appointment.
In the case of fewer than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited and granted to the artist for their lost time. Another deposit will be required to book again.
Touch Ups
Courtesy touch-ups are at the discretion of the tattoo artist for up to three months.
Touch-ups cannot be done until the tattoo is fully healed.
Changes to the original agreed-upon tattoo are not considered a touch-up and will be charged as a new tattoo.
You are responsible for the healing of your tattoos; please ensure you follow the aftercare instructions provided by your tattoo artist.
Shop Minimum
We have a shop minimum charge of $150+gst and a $20 supply fee per person.
Our shop minimum covers the time and expense of sanitary set up and clean up of the equipment and procedure area as well as single-use supplies necessary to provide a clean and safe tattoo applied by an experienced professional.
Shop minimum is the absolute lowest amount we will charge for any tattoo. This applies per person getting tattooed per session.
Please note that any tattoo that takes over an hour will automatically cost more than the shop minimum.
Guests
You may bring only one guest to accompany you while you get tattooed.
Your guest must be over the age of 18.
Out of respect for the other clients getting tattooed and the artists who need to focus on their tattooing work, any excess guests or disruptive guests will be asked to leave.
Children or minors are not permitted in Champion Tattoo at any time.
Gift Certificates
We have gift certificates available all year long.
Our gift certificates can be of any value and used with any artist except guest artists.
Gift certificates of $150.00 and upwards may be used as deposits (values under $150 may be used towards a deposit)

We DO accept debit, and we have an ATM on site.
We may accept interact e-transfers for DEPOSITS ONLY.
